Need a hand with Jaunt? Email us at hello@getjaunt.net and we'll get back to you.
How does Jaunt work?
Share a travel video from TikTok or Instagram to Jaunt and it pulls out every place mentioned — restaurants, cafés, viewpoints, hotels — and drops them onto a map you can plan a trip around.
What can I share to Jaunt?
TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and Instagram posts. You can also paste a link or type a place in yourself.
How do I build a trip?
Save the places you like, then drop them onto days to build an itinerary you can follow. You'll see everything on a live map so you know what's near what.
What is Jaunt Plus?
Jaunt is free to start — you can save places and build your map at no cost. Jaunt Plus unlocks unlimited video extractions and everything else Jaunt can do. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store account.
How do I delete my account?
Open the account menu and choose delete account. This permanently removes your trips, saved places, and associated data.
Still stuck?
Email hello@getjaunt.net with what happened and we'll help. See also our Privacy Policy.
